Who is it for?

Land Management drivers required to drive with an NLC Trailer





Course content overview

  • Demonstrate ability to competently drive vehicle.
  • Assessed by NLC Transport assessor during a road test.

What you need to do before attending?

Minimum Category B + E Licence. Ensure that the information on both parts of your driving licence is up to date e.g. address, endorsements etc. Both parts of your driving licence must be taken along to the assessment.

Valid NLC assessment on category of vehicle for which trailer assessment will be used.

If you do not bring these along you will be refused access to the assessment by the driving assessor, however your employer will still be liable to pay for the assessment costs.

Note: NLC Transport does not provide the trailer for the assessment. A fully roadworthy trailer must be taken along.

The assessment will not take place if the trailer has any defects.
