360° Feedback

360 feedback is about you getting the opportunity to reflect and improve.  This is through feedback about yourself provided by the main groups of people you interact with to carry out your job role.  Your 360 feedback is made up of anonymous responses from your choice of colleagues, customers and partners. Specifically their perceptions, thoughts and views on yourself in the areas of:

  • Customer focus
  • Collaboration and team work
  • Change and improvement
