  • Discuss any concerns.


This conversation sets clear objectives and identifies opportunities to build on your strengths and improve on your development areas. It gives you the opportunity to spend meaningful time with your manager to focus on what’s important to you.

The PRD Conversation can take place at any point of the year to fit with our Business Plan, Service priorities, work commitments and the requirements of service delivery. Where suitable team PRD Conversations are also available.
